The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 5 Pieces Of Pneumatic Tents With A Usable Area Of ​​At Least 34 M2, Brand New And Free From Defects. The Products Must Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing Them To Be Traded On The European Market. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Or Higher Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Warranty The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Be At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Factory Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires That Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Be Provided In Poland. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Annexes To The Swz: Technical Specification (Annex No. 1A To The Swz) And In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 5 To The Swz). The Order Is Not Co-Financed By The European Union. Funds For This Task Were Secured From The Special-Purpose Reserve, In Accordance With The Order Of The Mayor Of Katowice No. 1058, Zwpm 324/2025 Of August 28, 2025, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Commune Resulting From The Implementation Of The Act On Civil Protection And Civil Defense Of December 5, 2024.
