Part I: Delivery Of Ethyl Alcohol Pb 951) Expected Demand For The Purchase Of Fuel During The Duration Of The Contract: A) Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 - 3,400 Liters2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quantity And Product Range By 30% If, For Economic Reasons, Current Needs Or Other Reasons, It Is Not In The Interest Of The Ordering Party.3) In Connection With The Limitation By The Ordering Party Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor No Claims Will Be Made Against The Ordering Party.4) The Order Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Partial Sales And Refueling Services In Quantities Covering The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Based On Its Unilateral Instructions.5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Delivery Be Located In The Town Of Radziałów Or At A Distance Of No More Than 6 Km From The Commune Office In Radziałów, Counting On Public Roads, Ensuring The Possibility Of Refueling From The Dispenser At Least During The Working Hours Of The Ordering Party, I.E. From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. 6) The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Store Fuels In Its Own Tanks. Refueling Will Take Place Directly Into The Ordering Partys Official Vehicles.7) The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Fuels That Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels.8) The Contractor, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Present A Fuel Quality Certificate And A Document Specifying The Fuel Source.9) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Use Of Fuel Cards.
