1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Multi-Family, Detached, 2-Story Residential Building With A Partial Basement. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Tasks: 1) Renovation Of The Facade With Addition Of Architectural Details; 2) Repair And Strengthening Of The Building Structure; 3) Replacement Of The Roof Covering; 4) Renovation And Replacement Of Internal Finishing Elements Of The Ground Floor Floors, Walls And Ceilings; 5) Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes; 6) Sewing Of External Walls.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annexes To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer.
