The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Sand And Gravel Mixture (Hereinafter Referred To As Sand) To The Transfer Layers Of Storage Unit B2 In A Total Amount Of 4,000 Mg +/- 20 Mg, But Not Less Than (Minimum Benefit): 1,000 Mg, Using Self-Unloading Vehicles. Unloading Will Take Place At 7:00-14:00 (Monday To Friday, Except Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays). The Amount Of Sand Delivered Will Be Determined Based On The Indications Of The Ordering Partys Truck Scale. For The Purposes Of The Order, The Term Sand (Subject Of Supply) Means Aggregate Of Mineral Origin, With A Grain Size Of 0.2-2 Mm, Not Containing Organic Impurities (E.G. Peat, Humus, Wood, Etc.). Delivery Of Sand With Organic Impurities Constitutes Improper Performance Of The Delivery. Such Sand Is Of Defective Quality. Transport Is Provided By The Contractor. Place Of Delivery: Eko Dolina Sp. Z O. O., Łężyce, Al. Landscape Park 99, 84 – 207 Koleczkowo. Note: During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. As Well As The Regulations In Force At The Place Of Performance, Which Are Available At The Ordering Partys Office At Its Plant. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings.
