The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Wąbrzeźno. 1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People And Homeless People With Care Services, Along With Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People And Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing Or Strengthening The Activity And Independence Of Homeless People, Restoring Life In Society And Making These People Independent. 2. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In The Shelter For Homeless People And Homeless People With Care Services, The Qualifications Of The People Providing Services There And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Will Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular With Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896). 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended). 4. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Maximum Number Of Homeless People Sent To A Shelter During A Year And Staying There At The Same Time Will Be Up To 7 People (Including 4 People With Care Services). The Number Of Homeless People Given By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Above. Number Of People Depending On The Number Of Actual Needs, But Not More Than 70%. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide At Least 1 Hot Meal A Day For Each Person To Whom The Service Will Be Provided.
