The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Playground Of The Municipal Nursery In Kałuszyn Carried Out As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playground 2025.2. The Task Is Planned To Include: Disassembly Of Most Of The Existing Playground Equipment And Other Elements Of Small Architecture, Installation Of New Ones, Construction Of A Safe Surface Under Some Of The Playground Equipment, Recultivation Of The Grass Surface Of The Playground And Obtaining A Valid Use Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party/Notification Of Completion Of Work Approved By The Construction Supervision Inspectorate. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Will Commission An Inspection Of The Playground At His Own Expense (Scope Of Inspection Indicated In The Design Documentation) By A Certified Company That Meets The Requirements Of The Pn-En Iso.Iec 17020:2012 Conformity Assessment Standard. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Report And An Inspection Certificate With The Result Of At Least: Goodthe Scope To Be Performed Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
