Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Supply Of Electricity Together With The Electricity Distribution Service For The Municipal Plant In Maszewo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service For The Ordering Party Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Point 30 Of The Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), I.E. The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Its Transmission Services, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.2. The List Of Energy Consumption Points (Ppe), Forecast Demand For Electricity During The Term Of The Contract, Types Of Tariffs, Contracted Capacity, Place Of Delivery And Necessary Data For Concluding The Contract And Invoicing Are Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Values ​​Indicated In Annex 1 Are Forecasts And May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract. A Change In The Amount Of Electricity Purchased Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. Actual Settlements Will Be Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, And For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Based On The Fees Resulting From The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator.4. The Ordering Party Informs That When Providing A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Supply Of Electricity Together With The Electricity Distribution Service, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, The Option Right Referred To In Art. 34(5) Of The Public Procurement Law. This Means That It Is Possible To Increase The Number Of Energy Collection Points Referred To In Annex 1, But To No More Than 15% Of Energy Collection Points. The Ordering Party Makes The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Conditional On Adding New Ppes And Increasing The Demand For The Supply Of Electricity To The Ppes, Listed In Annex 1. The Option Right Is The Right Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Condition For Activation Of The Option Right Is The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Written Declaration Regarding The Exercise Of The Option Right Within The Scope Specified By Him.5. The Supply Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Energy Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819), The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), Distribution Network Operation And Operation Manual (Iriesd) And In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.6.
