4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Transfer Of Ownership Of Voip (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Telephones To The Ordering Party - The Ministry Of State Assets. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively As Part Of Partial Deliveries Of Products, Made Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Forwarding The Request To The Contractor Sent To The Contractors E-Mail Address. In The Request, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Number And Type Of Products Ordered. The Ordering Party Expects To Complete The Order In The Following Stages: - Approx. 75% Of The Number Of Ordered Telephones In 2025 - Approx. 25% Of The Number Of Ordered Telephones In 2026. The Telephones Are To Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Presented By The Contractor For Collection In A Way That Allows For The Assessment Of Their Compliance With The Contract. The Telephones Are To Be Packed In Their Original Packaging. The Packaging Must Be Intact, Have Security Measures Applied By The Manufacturer And Have Signs Identifying The Product, In Particular The Product Trademark And The Product Manufacturers Brand. Each Time, Partial Deliveries Of Products Should Be Made Using Collective Packaging Made From Legal Forest Resources, I.E. From Sustainable And Responsibly Managed Forest Management. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To The Uniform Nature Of The Required Telephone Equipment. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Visit To The Ordering Partys Premises, Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, As A Requirement For Submitting An Offer. The Ordering Party Requires That All Proposed Goods/Phones Must Be Of The Same Manufacturers Brand And Be Uniform In Appearance. The Ordering Party Only Allows Differences In Appearance Between Products Of Particular Types (Type I, Type Ii, Type Iii) Resulting Only From Different Functionalities.
