1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Program, Content, Materials And Conducting 9 One-Day Training Courses. The Trainings Cover The Following Topics: 1) Architectural And Digital Accessibility - Joint Effort And Involvement - Of Local Authorities, Non-Governmental Organizations And Citizens (2 One-Day Training Courses); 2) Development Of Local Entrepreneurship - Advantages And Incentives Resulting From The Revitalization Act And Tools Of Local Authorities Facilitating And Stimulating The Development Of Entrepreneurship (1 One-Day Training Course); 3) Friendly Public Spaces (2 Training Courses); One-Day);4) New European Bauhaus Initiative - Practical Aspects And Benefits Of Implementing The Idea (1 One-Day Training);5) Implementation Of Multifunctional Nature-Based Solutions In Degraded Areas As A Way To Counteract The Effects Of Climate Change And Environmental Protection In Municipalities (2 One-Day Training);6) Public-Private Partnership. An Alternative To The Traditional Procurement Model And Combining Private Capital With Public Resources (1 One-Day Training).2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services In A Way That Allows Accessibility To All Meeting Participants, Including People With Disabilities, By Providing Rooms In Which Training/Workshops Will Be Held - The Building And Training Rooms Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Physical Disabilities And Have The Necessary Infrastructure In Accordance With Art. 6(1) Of The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Above Public Procurement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Are Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. Co-Financed Order: The Order Is Co-Financed By: Regions Of Revitalization - Silesian Revitalization Programs 3.0, Which Is Implemented As Part Of The Regions Of Revitalization Edition 3.0 Project, Co-Financed By The European Union, Under The Technical Assistance For European Funds 2021-2027 Program.
