The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing, Serving And Delivering Hot Meals To Adults, Including Homeless People And Children Who Are Not Fed In Schools, On The Basis Of Administrative Decisions Issued By The Ordering Party, I.E.: - Preparation, Serving - For Adults, Children Who Are Not Fed In Schools Between: 12.00 - 14.30: In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 On Every Working Day Of The Week, Except Saturday, Sunday And Holidays; - Delivery - For Homeless People, In The Premises At Ul. Przemysłowa 38 In Bytów At 13.00 - 13.15: • From January 1, 2026 To April 30, 2026 And From October 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 - Every Day Of The Week (Including Saturday, Sunday And Holidays), • From May 1, 2026 To September 30, 2026 - Every Working Day Of The Week (Except Saturday, Sunday And Holidays). It Is Estimated That The Subject Of The Order Will Cover Approximately 40 People A Day (Including The Homeless) On Weekdays And Approximately 20 Homeless People On Non-Working Days. A Hot Meal Should Consist Of A Meat Dish 3 Times A Week, A Vegetarian Dish 2 Times A Week, And A Soup With Meat Broth 5 Times A Week, With Bread, Every Working Day, 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday, Except For Holidays. On Days Off From Work, A Hot Meal Should Consist Of A Meat Or Vegetarian Dish, And Meat-Based Soup With Bread. Holidays Are Understood As Public Holidays. The Planned Order Size Is An Estimated 9,500 Meals.2. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People Using Meals May Decrease - The Ordering Party Estimates That The Reduction In The Monthly Number Of Meals May Amount To Up To 20%. Such A Circumstance Cannot Be A Reason For Terminating The Contract.3. Meals Should Be Prepared In Compliance With Applicable Nutritional And Sanitary Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Act. 4. Meals Should Be Prepared According To The Following Quantitative Standards For One Meal: On Each Working Day Of The Week:1. Meat Dish 3 Times A Week (Potatoes, Groats, Rice - 300 G, Meat - 150 G, Salad - 100 G).2. Vegetarian Dish 2 Times A Week (400 G).3. Soup With Meat Broth 5 Times A Week (400 Ml With Bread). On Days Off: 1. Meat Dish (Potatoes, Groats, Rice – 300 G, Meat – 150 G, Salad – 100 G)Or2. Vegetarian Dish (400 G),3. Soup With Meat Stock (400 Ml With Bread).5. The Contractor Will Prepare All Meals In His Company, Without The Possibility Of Entrusting Them To Third Parties, In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition. Meals Should Be Varied And Have High Nutritional Value. The Same Dishes Cannot Be Repeated More Often Than Every 10 Days.6. The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using Its Own Transport Approved For Transporting Food In Specialized Thermos Flasks That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature An
