Purpose Of The Service: Increasing The Knowledge And Competences Of Training Participants In The Broadly Understood Counteracting Of Domestic Violence, In Accordance With Art. 9A Section 5A And 12A Of The Act Of July 29, 2005 On Counteracting Domestic Violence (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1673). The Contractor Will Provide One Representative Of The Ordering Party With Active Participation And Supervision During The Training Service. Therefore, The Contractor Will Provide One Representative Of The Ordering Party With: Lunch On The First And Last Day Of The Training, And The Costs Associated With The Implementation The Above-Mentioned Scope Constitutes The Organizational Cost Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract.2.
