Part 1 - 21 Firefighters - Rescuers Of The Volunteer Fire Department From The Area Of Operation, Km Psp Rzeszów, Kp Psp Kolbuszowa, Kp Psp Mielec The Course Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1226, As Amended), By Regulation Of The Minister Infrastructure And Construction Of March 4, 2016 On The Training Of Persons Applying For Driving Licenses, Instructors And Lecturers (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1885) And The Training Program Preparing For The Examination Allowing For Driving A Motor Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Above 3.5 T For A Firefighter And Rescuer Of The Volunteer Fire Department Of June 3, 2022 R. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Appropriate Premises And Technical Conditions For Conducting The Training, So That The Classes Take Place In Rooms And On The Maneuvering Area Equipped With The Necessary Teaching Equipment, Accessories And Other Means Necessary To Implement The Program, Guaranteeing A High Level Of Training And Appropriate Health And Safety Conditions. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Training Materials (Textbook And Tests Preparing For The Theoretical Exam) For The Course Participant.
