If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Legal Basis - Article 99(5) Of The Act).5. Equivalent Solutions Are Acceptable In Each Case.
