The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Commissioning Of A Set For Displaying Medical Images In The Dicom Standard, Intended For Assembly And Operation In The Operating Room Of The Specialist Municipal Hospital. Nicolaus Copernicus University In Toruń. The Set Is To Include A Digital Negatoscope (Medical Monitor) And An Integrated All-In-One Medical Control Unit, Along With Complete Additional Equipment And Necessary Software. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Medical And Technical Staff1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Also Constitutes An Assortment And Price Form. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices, Regulation Eu 2017/745 On Medical Devices.
