Explanation Of Terms: Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Mentions: 1) Water Rescue - It Means Carrying Out Rescue Operations, In Particular Organizing And Providing Assistance To People Who Have Had An Accident Or Are Exposed To The Risk Of Loss Of Life Or Health In The Water Area, 2) Water Rescuer - It Means A Person With Knowledge And Skills In The Field Of Water Rescue And Swimming Techniques, As Well As Other Qualifications Useful In Water Rescue And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of People Staying In Water Areas (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended) And The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 91, As Amended) For A Doctor System, System Nurse, Paramedic Carrying Out Professional Development Or Lifeguard, Employed Or Serving In An Entity Authorized To Perform Water Rescue Or Being A Member Of This Entity, 3) Act - Means The Act: • Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended) Along With The Applicable Provisions Implementing Acts;• Of September 8, 2006 On The State Emergency Medical Service (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 91, As Amended) Along With Applicable Implementing Acts;• Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802 As Amended);4) Osir - It Should Be Understood As The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Warsaw In The Mokotów District.2. Subject Of The Order: Provision Of Comprehensive Rescue Services In The Indoor Swimming Pool Of The Sports Complex, Belonging To The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw In The Mokotów District.3. The Contractors Obligation Is To Ensure, In Accordance With The Act, The Safety Of Persons Using The Above-Mentioned. Object.4. List Of Duties Of Water Lifeguards1) Lifeguards Should Be On Duty In Accordance With The Regulations And Rules Specified In A Given Facility;2) Lifeguards Are Obliged To Comply With The Rules Arising From Applicable Legal Acts Referred To In Section 1;3) Every Day Before The Start Of Duty, Lifeguards Check The Condition Of Water Devices And Attractions Located In Osir Swimming Pools. If They Discover Any Irregularities That They Are Unable To Remove Themselves, They Are Obliged To Immediately Notify The Maintenance Person Or The Section Head And Disable The Device In Question Until The Irregularities Are Removed By The Appropriate Osir Services;4) Any Irregularities In The Operation Of The Swimming Pool Must Be Described In Detail In The Lifeguard Service Log;5) In The Event Of Changes In Lifeguards During The Day Of Service Provi
