Cremation Services – Public Service Concession For The Operation And Management Of The Pau Crematorium. The Contract Is A Public Service Concession Relating To The Operation And Management Of The Pau Crematorium, Organized Within The Framework Of The Provisions Of Articles L.1121-1, L. 3100-1 Et Seq. And R. 3111-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code And Articles L.1410-1 Et Seq. And R.1410-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Local Authorities Relating To Concession Contracts. The Duration Of The Contract Will Be 5 Years From December 16, 2026 Or The Date Of Notification If Later. The Contract Will Relate In Particular To All The Missions Linked To The Management Of The Crematorium (Equipped With An Oven And Its Filtration Equipment) And The Garden Of Remembrance And The Implementation Of A Work Program Entirely Financed By The Concessionaire As Well As The Maintenance Of All The Community Works Constituting The Service. For The Operation Of The Service, The Concessionaire Will Derive Its Remuneration From The Price Paid By Users In Compliance With The Contractual Price List. The Contract Will Authorize The Occupation Of The Public Domain Of The City Of Pau In Return For The Payment Of A Fixed And Variable Fee. The Concessionaire Must Provide Guarantees Ensuring The Proper Execution Of The Contract. The Contract Will Transfer To The Delegatee A Risk Linked To The Operation Of The Public Service. This Consultation Is Made Up Of Two Distinct Phases: - An Application Phase At The End Of Which The Candidates Admitted To Submit An Offer Will Be Selected - An Offer Phase, Which Will Give Rise To Negotiation, At The End Of Which The Concessionaire Will Be Chosen
