Item 1: The Hiring Of A Manned Commercial Boat, Holding A Valid Commercial Vessel Certificate, To Transport Waste Generated On The Islands Of Comino—Including, But Not Limited To, The Blue Lagoon, Santa Marija Bay, And Cominotto (Packed In Plastic Bags Or Other Containers)—To Gozo. This Also Includes The Transportation Of Personnel, Materials, Or Tools To And From Comino And Any Other Locations At Mgarr Harbour In Gozo, As Required And Directed By The Contracting Authority.
