The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works Consisting In The Ongoing Maintenance And Care Of Greenery In 2026 In The Area Of ​​Lasek Szubianki Park Along With Street Greenery On A Part Of Ul. Wrocławska (In Accordance With The Design Documentation), And In Particular Gardening And Cleaning Works Specified In Detail In Annex No. 4 To The Contract (I.E. Price Form - Documentation Regarding Bills Of Quantities, Schedule And Frequency Of Work). Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consisting In The Performance Of Works Specified In § 1 Section 1 Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Following Documents: 1) Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Regarding Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance And Care Of Green Areas In The Jarocin Commune; 2) Appendix No. 2 - Instructions For The Care And Operation Of Greenery, For The Task: Development Of The Park Area At Ul. Szubianki In Jarocin; 3) Annex No. 3 - Land Development Project; 4) Annex No. 4 - Price Form; 5) Annex No. 5 - Design Documentation - Lasek Szubianki Park; 6) Annex No. 6 - Specification Of Order Conditions (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). 2. The Ordering Party Will Send The Contractor The Scope And Date Of Completion Of The Works Specified In § 1 By E-Mail. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Respond, I.E. To Start Work Upon The Ordering Partys Notification Of The Need To Perform The Work Included In The Order Description Within The Declared Business Days, Counting From The Day Following The Sending Of The Work Order By The Ordering Party. 4. Immediately After Accepting The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform In A Letter Delivered To The Ordering Party Or By Sending A Message To The E-Mail Address Of The Ordering Partys Representative About Any Circumstances Known To Him That Prevent Or Hinder The Execution Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Follow The Instructions And Instructions Of The Ordering Party. 6.
