Fire Hydrants - Procurement Of Fire Hydrants Above Ground - Dbr. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Establishment Of A Dbr For The Conclusion Of A Framework Sales Contract/Framework Agreement/Individual Contract, For The Delivery Of Above-Ground, Burst-Proof Fire Hydrants In Diameters Of Dn80, Dn100 Mm In Connection With The Maintenance And Investment Works Of The Pipe Network Operated By The Joint Bidders. The Estimated Quantity Of The Planned Procurement For 12 Months Is As Follows: - Dn80/1000: 238 Pcs - Dn80/1250: 237 Pcs - Dn80/1500: 49 Pcs - Dn100/1000: 209 Pcs - Dn100/1250: 151 Pcs - Dn100/1500: 36 Pcs Total (12 Month): 920 Pcs. Based On Previous Usage Experience, The Specified Quantity Was Determined For 12 Months, So-Called Experience Quantity, The Required Quantities To Be Purchased May Differ Significantly From These Experience Data. The Estimated Quantity Of The Products Planned To Be Procured For 36 Months: 2,760 Hydrants. During 1 Bidding Stage, Max. 271 Hydrants Are Ordered. Ak Draws Attention To The Fact That The Procedure Does Not Create A Call Obligation For It, And That The Actual Quantity Of Goods Procured In The Bidding Stages May Differ From The Estimated Quantity. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify An Optional Quantity In This Invitation To Participate, But Reserves The Right To Provide For An Option Or A Quantity Deviation In The Bidding Stages. The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Start Several Parallel Bidding Stages. In The Second, Bidding Stage Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Wants To Set The Deadline For Bidding In At Least 5 Working Days In Each Invitation To Bid. Applicants Must Declare Their Acceptance Of The Offer Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days (Yes Or No) In Their Participation Application. If All Applicants For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System Answer Yes, Then The Kbt. An Agreement Pursuant To § 84, Paragraph (6) Shall Be Deemed To Have Been Reached And The Bidder Shall Be Entitled To Specify A Bid Deadline Of At Least 5 Working Days In All Invitations To Bid. In The Event Of A No Answer, The Bidder Shall Set A Bid Submission Deadline Of At Least 10 Calendar Days, With The Provision That The Bidder And Applicants May Agree On A Shorter Period During The Duration Of The Dbr. During Its Entire Duration, Any Economic Operator That Meets The Eligibility Criteria Set By The Contracting Authority Can Join The Dbr. The Tenderer Sends The Invitation To Tender Via The Ekr To Those Who Have Been Qualified To Participate. During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Description And Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Are Made Available To Those Who Submit A Valid Application For Participation In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent.
