E) Extending, In The Immediate Future (4-5 Years), The Supervision Of The Low Voltage Network And The Integration Of Some Control Elements In Scada/Adms (Together With Scada Operation For The Low Voltage Network). F) The Use Of Video Surveillance Of The Objectives To Discourage Vandalism Of Installations, Of Any Kind, And Support In The Diagnosis Of Possible Malfunctions In Special Weather Conditions. For The Most Part, The Assets Of The Distribution Network In The Applicable Area Are Morally And Physically Worn, Having Been Installed More Than 20 Years Ago (There Are Assets That Are 50-60 Years Old). These Assets Require Replacement, Modernization And Expansion Of Capacity So That They Can Support Energy Consumption At Current Consumption Norms And Service Quality Standards, Especially In Terms Of Service Continuity (Saidi, Saifi) And Delivered Energy Parameters, Imposed By Anre. Outdated Assets Must Be Modernized And Expanded As Energy Delivery Capacity, So That They Can Correspond To The Current Standards Of Technological Own Consumption (Cpt), According To The Current Consumption Norms.
