The Design Of The Open Space Should Meet Both The Representative Requirements Of The Office And The Usage Needs Of The Other Buildings. The Integration Of The Valuable Trees, The Creation Of A New Path Connection Along The Renatured Glanerbach And A Connection To The Future Euregio District Are Central Components Of The Planning. Parking Spaces Are Planned In The Southeastern Area, Which Can Be Accessed Via A Development From Viefhuesweg Or Via The Property Itself. Bicycle Parking Facilities Must Be Provided Decentrally With Roofs.
