At Least The Following Requirements Will Be Taken Into Account (These Non-Limiting): - Adherence To The Technical Solution And The Agreements Obtained; - The Appropriate Dimensioning Of The Road Complex, Especially From The Heavy Traffic In The Given Operating Conditions; The Functional Category Of The Public Roads; - Ensuring The Operation Of The Road According To The Requirements And The Stability; - Ensuring The Temporary And Permanent Use Of The Land Of The Works With The Appropriate Signage; - Specifying The Requirements That The Project Must Meet In Accordance With Law No. 10/1995. Ii. The Execution Of The Works For The Realization Of The Objective Will Be Carried Out According To The Technical Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Procurement Contract.
