Important conditions and instructions: 1- Submission of an authorization letter from the company to purchase the documents. 2- Submission of a valid clearance certificate for the Ministry. 3- Submission of a valid clearance certificate from the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy. 4- Submission of a national manpower percentage certificate extracted from the Public Authority for Manpower. 5- Submission of a copy of the Commercial License.
