Tenders are invited for Professional Service Providers for the Year 2026. A payment of non-refundable fee of Rs1,000.00 Category Service Draftsman Individual Draftsman-Company: Develop detailed architectural, structural, or mechanical drawings based on sketches, designs, or specifications provided by engineers. Create plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using CAD software. Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and in line with project requirements and standards. - Update drawings according to design changes, site conditions, or client feedback. Preparing drawing registers, submission files, and as-built drawings. QS-Individual QS-Company: Prepare preliminary cost estimates. Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and specifications. Measure completed works and prepare interim payment certificates. Prepare and agree on the projects final account with contractors. Architect-Individual; Architect-Company: : Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs that meet client requirements, functional needs and aesthetic goals. Prepare drawings, plans, elevations, 3D models, and presentations for client approval. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Incorporate sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness into design solutions. Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules. Work with consultants (structural, MEP landscape, interior) to integrate multidiscipli nary inputs. Assist in preparing tender documents and construction drawings.
