The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Interactive And Graphic Equipment For The Needs Of The Graphics And Digital Printing Technician And It Technician Workshops, As Part Of The Project Entitled: Qualified Graduate = Excellent Employee Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Contract No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0089/23-00.2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Żychlin At Ul. Gabriela Narutowicza 88. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building.4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 5. The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Warranty For The Purchased Aids In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order And Issuance Of The Warranty Documents. The Warranty Period Is Required To Be Equal To The Warranty Period.6. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within A Maximum Of 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defect/Failure. By The Term Repair, The Ordering Party Understands The Implementation Of Activities Consisting In Restoring The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
