1. The Procedure Is Conducted Under The Name: Purchase Of Electricity - Purchasing Group. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity With A Total Volume Of 1,051,291.00 Kwh. Electricity Will Be Supplied For The Needs Of Ppe - A Detailed List Of Electricity Consumption Points - Premises And Facilities Are Annexes No. 2-1 To 2-11 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Also Included - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. – Important Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party And Individual Entities Anticipate The Possibility Of Increasing The Above-Mentioned. Basic Amount Of Kwh Up To 30% - Purchase Possible On The Basis Of Option Law (Declaration Of Exercising The Option Right). The Increase In Volume Takes Place On The Basis Of Option Law - At The Prices Indicated In The Contractors Offer - It Does Not Require An Amendment To The Contract In The Form Of A Written Annex.2. The Above Data Is Indicative. They Cannot Constitute A Claim For The Full Use Of The Indicated Quantity Or Any Other Claim Of The Contractor (Minimum Level: 70%).3. Electricity Supplies Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Sales Contracts Concluded Between The Contractor And Individual Units And Settled And Invoiced With Individual Units Separately. Payments Will Be Made By Individual Units.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Not Electricity Distribution Services.5. Agreements For Distribution Services Are Concluded Independently By Individual Entities, Based On Separate Agreements Concluded Between The Above-Mentioned Entities. Units And The Distribution System Operator (Dso). Distribution Agreements Are Valid For An Indefinite Period. The Entities Allow The Possibility Of Granting The Contractor Appropriate Authorization To Conclude A Distribution Agreement With The Dso On Their Behalf And For Their Benefit.6. Completion Date: 12 Months. The Contract Is Planned To Be Valid From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, And, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Condition For Starting Deliveries To Individual Consumption Points Is The Successful Completion Of The Supplier Change Procedure Without Delay, Including The Procedure For Terminating Comprehensive Contracts With Notice If The Change Of Supplier Involves Notice. The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded Will Be Granted Appropriate Authorization.7. The Units Ensure That The Measurement And Billing System Is Adapted To The Requirements Of The Distribution Network Operation And Maintenance Manual Or Other Applicable Regulations Within The Deadlines Enabling The Execution Of This Agreement.8. The Supplied Electricity Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And Implementing Acts And Polish Standards.9.
