The Municipality Is Looking For One (1) Contractor To Carry Out The Redevelopment Of The Welgelegen District Within The Municipality Of Haarlemmermeer. Neighborhood Renewal Project Welgelegen Nieuw-Vennep Is An Integrated Approach To The Welgelegen District In Nieuw-Vennep. In This Project, The Paving, Sewerage And Greenery Will Be Renovated. The Plan Boundaries Are Roughly Venneperweg, Westerdreef, Noorderdreef, Wageningenstraat And Van Bemmelenstraat. In This District, The Existing Mixed System, Consisting Of A Concrete Sewer, Will Be Largely Replaced By A New Mixed System Made Of Plastic, This Is Approximately 2,900 M Of Sewer With A Diameter Ranging From 250 To 500 Mm. In Addition, A New Dt System Is Being Constructed Consisting Of Approximately 3,600 M Of Pe Pipe With Diameters Ranging From Around 200 To Around 500 Mm. Approximately 220 M Of Concrete Culvert Around 1000 Mm Will Also Be Constructed Across 4 Locations. A 90 M Concrete Culvert Of Around 500 Mm Will Be Broken Up At 3 Locations And Approximately 11,500 M2 Of Asphalt, 20,000 M2 Of Tiles, 6,000 M2 Of Concrete Paving Stones And 4,000 M2 Of Clinkers Will Be Broken Up. The New Construction Consists Of The Installation Of Clinkers (Approx. 4,000 M2 Reuse), Concrete Tiles (20,000 M2), Concrete Paving Stones (11,500 M2) And Open Paving In The Parking Spaces (Approx. 6,000 M2). The Carriageways Are Designed As A V-Shape, Including Soil Improvement Under The Foundation Of Mixed Granulate With Geogrid Reinforcement. The Greenery In The District Is Also Being Tackled And The District Is Being Made Climate Adaptive By, Among Other Things, The Construction Of A Wadi (400 M3 Excavation) And Two Buffer Ponds (4,700 M3 Excavation) With Weir And Intermediate Ø1000mm Culverts. Since April 2025, The Utility Companies Have Been Replacing Their Gas, Water, Lv And Mv Networks On A Large Scale. These Will Largely Be Ready When The Work Starts. The Haarlemmermeerpolder Has Been Designated By Rijnland As A Vulnerable Seepage Area. Research Has Shown That In Addition To Seepage Pressure, And Therefore Bursting Risks, There Is Also A High Iron Content In The Groundwater Within The Project Area. Aerius Calculations In The Preparation Have Shown That The Work Cannot Be Carried Out Without A Degree Of Electrification Of The Equipment To Be Used.
