The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide Cleaning And Maintenance Services For Premises And Glazing In Municipal And Ccas Buildings. These Buildings Are Assigned To Administrative And/Or Technical Services, Early Childhood Or Education, Whether Open To The Public Or Not. The Services Include Both Routine Maintenance (Partly Fixed Price) And Specific And One-Off Cleaning Work (Partly Through Purchase Orders). The Specific Technical Clauses Specification (Cctp) Specifies The Description Of The Expected Services. The Municipality Of Joinville-Le-Pont And The Municipal Social Action Center Of Joinville-Le-Pont Have Formed A Group Of Orders With A View To Concluding This Contract. To Do This, The Municipality Of Joinville-Le-Pont Was Designated As Coordinator Of The Group And Received The Mandate For The Award And Signing Of The Contract.
