Delivery Of Detergents And Cleaning Agents And Materials For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Gorna Oryahovitsa And The Secondary Authorities With A Budget, Divided Into Two Separate Items: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Detergents And Cleaning Agents And Materials; Separate Item No. 2 - Delivery Of Detergents And Cleaning Agents And Materials Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop; The Goods Subject To Delivery Under Separate Item No. 2 Are Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, Which Is Why The Position Is Reserved For Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities On The Basis Of Art. 12 Of The Civil Code In Connection With Art. 80 Of Ppzop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Current Public Procurement Procedure Under Special Item No. 2, But Their Bids Will Be Considered Only If No Bids From Persons Who Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Are Admitted.
