The Quality Of The Liquid Fuel Should Comply With The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control And The Bulgarian State Standard. The Goods Are Included In A List Of Application Of Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code. Quantity - 180,000 Liters Of Fuel, Determined On The Basis Of Consumption For Previous Period. The Public Procurement Contract Is Concluded Under The Conditions Of The Sofia Stock Exchange For Period Of 1 (One) Year, And If The Quantity Is Not Reached Within The Term Of The Contract, The Last One Extends For No More Than 1 (One) Year.
