The Costs Of Transport, Fuel, Maintenance Of The Agricultural Machinery, Remuneration And Insurance Of The Operators Of The Agricultural Machinery, Etc. Are At The Contractors Expense. The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out According To The Emerging Needs Of The Contracting Authority And In Accordance With The Technical And Regulatory Requirements For Carrying Out The Activities In Agricultural Lands, According To The Instructions Given By The Contracting Authority.
