As Part Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare: A Construction And Executive Design (Serving, Among Others, At The Stage Of Preparing The Tender Documentation For The Performance Of Construction Works To Describe The Subject Of The Order), Consisting, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Of: A) A Construction Design Taking Into Account The Specific Nature Of The Order, In Particular The Natural And Technical Conditions, B) An Executive Design Supplementing And Detailing The Construction Design (To The Extent And Degree Of Accuracy Necessary For The Performance Of Construction Works) Constituting The Basis For Preparing A Bill Of Quantities For Construction Works, Containing Detailed Drawings And Profiles Along With A Detailed Description Of Construction And Technological Solutions, Geotechnical Research Together With An Opinion, Used To Assess The Geological And Morphological Conditions Of The Area And Being The Basis For Determining The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Construction Structures, Hydrological Documentation Being The Basis For Dimensioning Hydrotechnical Structures, Bills Of Quantities For Works With The Calculation And Summary Of The Number Of Bill Of Quantities Units Of Basic Works For Each From The Facilities Investors Cost Estimate Prepared Based On The Bill Of Quantities With Prices Resulting From The Output Data Protocol For Cost Estimation Prepared At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Project Documentation, Stwiorb Containing Sets Of Requirements Necessary To Determine The Standard And Quality Of Work In Terms Of The Method Of Performing Construction Works, Properties Of Construction Products And Assessment Of Their Correctness.
