Supporting Services For The Government - 2#0070/G22 Project Sponsorship And Support Of The Bmv In The Funding Program For The Overall Concept Of Climate-Friendly Commercial Vehicles, In Particular With Regard To The Funding Guideline For Charging Infrastructure For E-Trucks. The Contractor (An) Supports The Client (Ag), The Federal Ministry Of Transport (Bmv), In The Implementation Of The Overall Concept Funding Program For Climate-Friendly Commercial Vehicles. At The Time Of The Order, The Focus Of The Service Is On The Implementation Of The Funding Light Line Charging Infrastructure For E-Trucks And Other Services. The Bmv Is Expected To Provide 1 Billion Euros From 2026 To 2031 To Implement The Charging Infrastructure Funding Guideline For E-Trucks. The Funding Guideline Is Scheduled To Run From January 1St, 2026 Until December 31St, 2029. The First Projects Must Be Approved From 2026. The Amount Of Work Depends On The Annual Budget Resources Available And The Complexity Of The Project Applications To Be Processed. *** *** In Addition To A Regular Technical Exchange With The Program Company Now Gmbh, The Scope Of Services Also Includes An Exchange With Project Sponsors Who Supervise Corresponding Funding Activities Of Other Federal Departments As Well As A Regular Exchange With The Ag About Funding Policy Aspects Of The Programs And Measures. Furthermore, The Contractor Supports The Client In Communicating With The Eu-Com About The Admissibility Of Programs And Measures Under State Aid Law And In Updating The Eu-Coms Central Aid Registers (Sani, Tam, De Minimis Register).*** As Part Of The Project Sponsorship, A Loan Is Required In Accordance With Section 44 (4) Bho As Well As A Commission With The Fiduciary Management Of The Funds Made Available In Accordance With Section 44 (3).
