The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected By The Ordering Party Successively, According To Its Needs, And Will Consist In The Wholesale Delivery Of Diesel Oil By The Contractor To Tanks With A Capacity Of 9,000 Liters (9 M3) Owned By Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych W Lipnie Sp. Z O. O., Located At Ul. Wyszyńskiego 56 (Waste Landfill) In Lipno. One-Off Deliveries In Quantities: Diesel Oil Approx. 7,000 Liters, Based On Placed Orders. The Subject Of The Order Is The Wholesale Purchase And Delivery Of B7 Diesel Oil With Cn Code 2710 20 11 Meeting The Pn-En 590 Standard For The Ordering Partys Tanks: Diesel Oil In An Amount Of Up To 300,000 Liters. The Supplied B7 Diesel Oil Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680). The Given Quantities Are Estimated Quantities, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Order In The Indicated Quantity, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Additional Claims For This Reason. The Minimum Scope Of The Order Is Set By The Ordering Party At 60% Of The Quantity Specified Above. At The Time Of Delivery, The Contractor Must Each Time Present A Quality Certificate Of The Supplied Diesel Fuel Confirming The Parameters Of B7 Diesel Oil And Proof Of Issue Of The Fuel From The Fuel Base For The Ordering Partys Inspection. The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Take A Fuel Sample With Each Delivery. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration Using A Vehicle For Transporting Liquid Fuels - A Tanker Truck. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver Deliveries In A Road Tanker Equipped With A Pump Or Dispenser That Meets All The Requirements Of Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of May 11, 2001 On Measures (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 884) And The Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned. Act On Road Tankers (Vehicles For Transporting Liquid Fuels). The Vehicle Used For Fuel Deliveries Should Be Equipped With Verified Measuring Devices Measuring The Amount Of Fuel Discharged Into The Storage Tank. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Amount Of Diesel Fuel Delivered At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C According To The Indications Of The Legalized Measurement System With Compensation Up To 15°C At The Suppliers Tank Truck. The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Puesc System Registration Data To The E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract.
