Data-Transmission Equipment – Actions Leading To The Reduction Of Water Losses - Delivery Of Water Meter Covers. The Subject Of This Order Is The Expansion Of The Remote Reading System (System) Of Water Meters Operating At The Ordering Party, Including The Creation, Implementation And Operation Of A Stationary Reading System Based On The Internet Of Things (Iot) Technology, Using Radio Communication Techniques Using Lorawan, Lte Cat-M, Nb-Iot Or Equivalent Transmission. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Modernize And Develop The Existing System, Which Currently Consists Of The Temetra Application Platform And Approximately 2,100 Pieces Of Radio Modules Mounted On Water Meters, From Which Data Is Read In A Bypassed Manner. As A Result Of The Implementation Of This Order, A Stationary Reading System Will Be Created That Will Ensure Automatic, Continuous And Unattended Reading Of Data From Water Meters Based On Iot Communication And Integration With The Existing Temetra Application Platform. The Designed Reading System Will Include In Particular: • Construction And Launch Of The Lorawan/Lte/Nb-Iot Communication Infrastructure (Including Communication Gateways, Antennas, Network And Application Servers), • Configuration, Integration And Implementation Of The System In The Ordering Partys Environment, • Delivery And Assembly Of 18,000 Pieces Of Iot Radio Modules During The Term Of The Agreement, • Delivery And Adaptation To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Of 15 Pieces Of Devices For Configuring Iot Radio Modules, Necessary For Proper Functioning Of The Reading System, • Launching The Reading System And Ensuring Data Transmission In The Entire Area Of Operation Of The Ordering Party, • Ensuring Ongoing Technical Support, Maintenance And Monitoring Of The System, Including The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Required Level Of Supervision And Service (Sla), • Transmission Of Data From Water Meters And Transfer Of Data From The Reading System To The Ordering Partys Computer System, In Particular To The Application Platform, • Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The System, • Providing Full Technical Documentation, As-Built And User Manual. The Number Of Iot Radio Modules That Will Be Connected In Each Year Of The Agreement Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party In The Schedule And Delivery Plan. The Works Carried Out Under This Order Will Be Divided Into Individual Tasks, Which Together Constitute One Project And Are Not Separate Orders. The Reading System Is To Ensure Reliable, Safe And Effective Management Of Measurement Data In The Employers Water Supply Network, With The Possibility Of Further Expansion And Integration With Other It Systems.
