The Winning Bidder Is Required To Deliver The Following, Non-Exclusive, Licenses For The Following Types Of Use, Duration And Number Of Users For The System, Which Is Built From The Cloud-Based Closed-System Distance Education Training Management System, Video Content Manager And Related Curriculum Editing System: • User Licenses To Be Provided For The Use Of Curriculum Editing And Teacher Functions: 25,000 For The Curriculum Editing And Teacher Functions Of The System, At Least 9 After The Licenses Have Been Handed Over Provision Of A User License Valid For Up To 9 Years, Which Licenses Must Ensure The Use Of The Curriculum Editing And Teacher Functions Of The System For At Least 9 Years For 25,000 Active Registered Users, With The Possibility Of Simultaneous Use Of The System By A Minimum Of 2,000 Concurrent Users. • User Licenses To Be Provided For The Use Of The Closed System Distance Education Training Management System And Video Content Management Functions: Provision Of 380,000 User Licenses Valid For At Least 9 Years After The Transfer Of The Licenses For The Closed System Distance Education Training Management System And Video Content Management Functions Of The System, Which Licenses Must Be Provided To 380,000 Active Registered Users Of The System Closed System Distance Education Training Management System And The Use Of Its Video Content Management Functions, With The Possibility Of Simultaneous Use By A Minimum Of 40,000 Concurrent Users.
