Government Services – Operation Of The Icap Secretariat And Technical Support In The Area Of Emissions Trading. The Following Work Packages Are To Be Covered As Part Of The Advertised Project: Wp 1: Ongoing Operation Of The Secretariat And Project Coordination. The Work Of The Secretariat Is Carried Out According To Resolutions In The Icap Committees And In Close Coordination With The Working Group. The Contractor Must Appoint A Head Of The Secretariat For The Secretariat, Who Is The Main Contact Person For The Working Group And Who, Among Other Things, Carries Out The Following Tasks: Ensuring Ongoing Operations, Coordinating The Activities Mentioned In Wp 1, 2 And 3, Supporting The Icap Process As The Central Contact Person For The Icap Members As Well As Maintaining Regular Contact And Actively Establishing Contact With Potentially Interested States, Cooperation With The Icap Board And The General Assembly, Preparation, Development, Coordination And Implementation Of The Icap Work Program, Development Of Scenarios For The Future Content And Organizational Development Of Icap As Well As Development Of A Strategy For Obtaining Additional Ongoing Financial Support For The Icap Secretariat With The Working Group And The Management Bodies Of Icap And Representation Of Icap At Events And Conferences As Well As In The Public To Increase The Level Of Awareness Of Icap. The Majority Of The Costs Of The Icap Secretariats Activities Are Currently Borne By The Ag. However, The Icap Members Make Further Contributions (In The Form Of Funds, Material Resources Or Temporary Staff). The Contractor Must Ensure Fiduciary Management Of This Financing. The Previous Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Carry Out The Handover Of The Secretariat In The Event Of A Transfer Of Tasks. There Is A Handover Concept That Includes, Among Other Things, The Following Components: • It Operations Manual; • It Employee Guide; • It Policy; • File With All Relevant Passwords And Registration Keys Of The It Infrastructure (Only Delivered Electronically); • Overview Of Inventory List Of It Equipment, Furniture, Inventory (See Appendix List Of Furniture And It Equipment); • Overview Of The Drive And Server Structure; • Compilation Of The Icap Trust Account, Consisting Of A Final Accounting Report And The Past Annual Accounting Reports, Which Provide Information On Income And Expenses; • Handover Report On Ongoing Icap Activities And Processes (Created In The Event Of A Handover). As Part Of The Contract To Be Awarded, The Contractor Must Use A Suitable Concept To Ensure That The Entire Infrastructure Of The Secretariat Can Be Handed Over To A Possible Successor Institution At The End Of The Project Term. This Includes In Particular All Data, The It Structure, Access Authorizations And Trust Accounts. In Addition, There Are, Among Other Things: The Following Additional Tasks To Ensure The Ongoing Work Of The Secretariat: Hosting And Technical Support Of The Icap Website, Reception
