The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Quantitative Scope Up To 100% Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Procedure In Question. The Scope Will Concern Services Consisting In Providing Services To Visitors And Handling The Exhibitions Of Existing Or New Exhibitions In The Branches Of The Historical Museum Of The City Of Krakow In Krakow. The Final Terms On Which The Order Will Be Awarded Will Be Specified In The Content Of The Contract, Which Will Be Determined As A Result Of Negotiations Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Conducting Negotiations Remotely. The Ordering Party Indicates That It Will Require Contractual Penalties To Be Included In The Contract For Untimely Performance Of The Contract, Improper Performance Of The Contract, Failure To Comply With The Warranty Conditions, And Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
