Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Framework Agreement For Maintenance/Repair Measures And Small Projects Zhaw Winterthur. The Building Directorate Of The Canton Of Zurich, Represented By The Building Construction Authority, Is Carrying Out A Submission For A Framework Contract For General Planning Services For The Project Phases Of Preliminary Study, Project Planning, Tendering And Implementation On Behalf Of The Real Estate Office And The Education Directorate. The Expected Services Relate To Small To Medium-Sized Construction Projects For The Maintenance And Repair Of Administrative Buildings At The Winterthur Location. These Properties Are Used In The Tenant Model By The Zurich University Of Applied Sciences (Zhaw). For This Work, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With A General Planner With Planning Services In The Areas Of Architecture, Construction Management, Statics, Building Technology (Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Ga/Msrl), Building Physics, Building Acoustics, Fire Protection And Door/Security Planning With Experience In The Implementation Of Maintenance And Repair Measures For University Buildings Or Similarly Complex Uses. We Are Looking For A Team (General Planner With Sub-Planners) With A High Level Of Architectural, Structural And Organizational Competence And Proven Experience In Dealing With Existing, Listed Buildings. The Contractors Can React Flexibly To Different Requests And Have The Appropriate Human Resources. They Are Able To Plan And Implement A Wide Range Of Structural Measures In A Cost-Conscious And Appropriate Manner And Understand How To Adequately Implement The Cantons Objectives And Requirements.
