Please Submit Offers on the Subject above as Detailed in the Attached File, Taking into Consideration the following Conditions: Time of Delivery According to the Required Schedule. Strict Abidance to the Specifications and Quantities Stated in the Tender Documents. The Technical Evaluation will Follow a Pass/Fail System Based on Full Compliance with Specifications. Financial Evaluation will be Based 100% on Price among Technically Compliant Offers. The Offer must Remain Valid for at Least 90 Days. Prices shall be quoted in EURO and must exclude VAT The Supplier must Hold All Valid Permits Required by the Competent Authorities (including a Valid Commercial Register). The Supplier must be Experienced and Specialized in the Supplies or Services Offered. The Supplier must Maintain a Valid Bank Account under the Company Name Capable of Receiving Bank Transfers. The Supplier must be Registered with the Tax Authorities, Possess a Government-Licensed Workshop, and be Able to Issue Tax Invoices and Tax-Exempt Invoices. The Supplier must be Able to Issue a Deduction-at-Source Certificate. Payments will be Made Via Bank Transfer in the Billing Currency within 60 Days from Delivery, after Submitting All Required Documents and Financial Claims. University Employees are Strictly Prohibited from Participating in the Tender or Providing Supplies/Services. First-Degree Relatives of Procurement & Supplies Unit Employees are not Allowed to Participate in University Tenders.
