Non-Refundable Fee of LKR. 35,000.00 Bid Security in the Form of Bank Guarantee: LKR 2.2 Million. Minimum Required Average Annual Turnover for the Successful Bidder in Last Three Years shall be LKR 160 Million; Minimum Amount of Liquid Assets and/or Credit Facilities Net of Other Contractual Commitments of the Successful Bidder shall be LKR 50 Million.
