Tenders are invited for Procurement of Janitorial Service for Sri Lanka Customs Headquarters Building and Customs Sub Offices for the Year 2026.02.01 - 2027.01.31 Amount of Bid Security (LKR) 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Director of Customs (Logistics) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below on working days between 9.00 a.m. & 3.00 p.m. from 20.11.2025 to 11.12.2025 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,500.00 on working days between 9.00 a.m. & 3.00 p.m. on or before 11.12.2025. The method of payment will be by cash only. Bids must be delivered to the address given below on or before 12.12.2025 at 3.00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address given below at 3.00 p.m. on 12.12.2025. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs.300,000.00. A pre - Bid Meeting is scheduled to be held on 28.11.2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the address given below.
