Tenders are invited for Design & Construction of Effluent Treatment Plant. Scope of Work: Design & Engineering Civil & Structural work Installation & Commissioning Training & Documentation Interested parties may obtain further details from Head of Maintenance on 011 2429681 and the site inspection could be arranged from 21.11.2025 to 05.12.2025 by prior appointments during the office hours. Proposals including Company Profile, References, contact details and copies of the License/permits with financial proposals for the above should be sent in a sealed envelope marked as "Contractor for Construction of ETP" on the top left hand corner and sent to Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, No. 35, D.R. Wijewardene Mw, Colombo 10, to reach on or before 10th December 2025 at 2.30 p.m. No separate document will be issued. The service provider may use their own formats for submitting proposals.
