The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Access To Visibility Clothing, Safety Boots And Various Protective Equipment That Is Required To Gain Access To Construction Sites. There Is Also A Need For Some Other Work Clothes, For Example Handicrafts For Technical Personnel. Based On Previous Experience And Expected Increased Consumption During The Framework Agreement Period, The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Estimated At Up To Approx. Nok 1,490,000 Ex. Vat The Estimate Bears The Stamp Of Great Uncertainty Linked To, Among Other Things, The Progress In The Construction Of The New Government Quarter, And Is Not Binding On The Client. The Framework Agreement Shall Have A Duration Of Two (2) Years With The Option Of Extension For A Further One Plus One (1+1) Year, For A Total Of 4 Years. The Parties To The Framework Agreement Are Free To Order Products From The Suppliers Other Product Range. The Client Reserves The Right To Purchase Products From This Agreement Outside Of The Agreement If The Supplier Does Not Have This In Its Range Or Cannot Deliver Within A Reasonable Time.
