The Subject Of Vz Performance Is The Provision Of Service Support For The Egje System, The Hr Portal And Their Modules And Further Development Of Existing Systems And Their Modules. The Supplier Will Provide A Service Desk Application – Online Software Used To Provide Support And Record Other Actions According To Appendix No. 1 Ks Performance Specifications. In The Offer, The Supplier Will Indicate The Method Of Capturing Processes And Concepts According To This Specification In The Service Desk Application. Starting With The Entry Into Force Of The Contract, The Provider Will Make The Service Desk Application Available To The Customer.
