The Object Of This Contract Is The Public Street And Beach Cleaning Service In The Municipality Of Almería. This Service Includes The Cleaning Of Waste Abandoned In Public Spaces Including Beaches, Cleaning Stains, Graffiti, Emptying, Washing And Maintenance Of Litter Bins, Removal Of Unwanted Weeds And Bushes, As Well As Transporting The Collected Waste To Specific Treatment Facilities. Law 7/1985, Of April 2, On The Bases Of The Local Regime, In Its Article 25.1, Attributes To The Municipalities The Promotion Of All Kinds Of Activities And Provision Of All Public Services That Contribute To Satisfying The Needs And Aspirations Of The Neighborhood Community, Pointing Out, Among Others, In Article 26, The Powers In Matters Of Environmental Protection And Street Cleaning. The Characteristics Of The Services Covered By The Contract Are The Following: • Sweeping Of Public Roads. • Washing Of Public Roads. • Scrubbing Public Roads. • Cleaning Of Open And Closed Tree Pits And Planters. • Cleaning Of Leisure And Recreation Areas. • Cleaning Of Graffiti And Removal Of Posters. • Cleaning Of Animal Excrement. • Scheduled Spot Cleaning. • Intensive Cleaning Of Pavements. • Cleaning During Leaf, Flower And Fruit Fall Season. • Cleaning Of Municipal Lots, Boulevards And Ravines. • Cleaning Of Industrial Areas. • Cleaning Of Events Or Parties And Markets • Cleaning Of Park Areas, Gardens And Recreational Areas. • Cleaning Of Municipally Owned Roads And Highways. • Removal Of Herbs And Bushes (Spontaneous Vegetation), Except In Tree Pits. • Litter Bin Service, Including Emptying, Cleaning, Maintenance And Replacement. • Beach Cleaning. • Collection And Cleaning Of Abandoned Or Non-Containerized Waste. • Transportation Of Waste From Cleaning To Treatment Centers Or Authorized Managers.
