The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are The Following Services: 1. Maintenance Of All Functionalities Of The Bankdoc Software Product, Used By The National Health Insurance Fund And The Health Insurance Fund, In A Working Condition, Incl. The Functionality For Automated Entry And Storage Of The Primary Accounting Documents Received And Approved In The Personalized Information System Of The National Health Insurance Fund For Payments To Contractual Partners Of The National Health Insurance Fund In The 28 National Health Insurance Funds In The Country And The Functionality For Archiving The Primary Accounting Documents Received And Approved In The Personalized Information System Of The National Health Insurance Fund For Payments To Contractual Partners Of The National Health Insurance Fund In The 28 National Health Insurance Funds. 2. Maintaining In A Working Condition All The Functionalities Of The Account Accounting Software Product Used By The Nhif And The Nhif, Including The Reference Subsystem For Generating Consolidated Accounting Reports In The National Health Insurance Center And Its Interfaces With The Accounting Software Product Account And The Payment Software Product Bankdoc Based On The Purpose-Built Integrated Database With Centralized Access To The Accounting Information In The National Health Insurance Center And 28 Rnocs. 3. Eliminating Problems, Incidents And Crashes In The Software Products And Maintaining Them In Operable And Normal Functioning Condition. 4. Maintaining The Products In An Up-To-Date State, Corresponding To Possible Changes In The Regulatory Framework, As Well As Changes In The Rules For The Activity Of The Nhif, Affecting The Work With The Products. 5. Informing The Employer And The Nhif About Product Innovations And Providing All New Updated Versions And Improvements Released During The Maintenance Period, Accompanied By Information On The Changes Made And Detailed Installation Instructions. 6. Providing Assistance To The Specialists Of The National Health Insurance Fund In The Event Of A Need To Readjust The Products, Change Nomenclature, Prepare Account Analytics, Depending On The Requirements Of The Nrd For The Relevant Year And The Recommendations Of The Audit Chamber. 7. Provision Of Consultations And Recommendations To The Specialists Of The Nhif For The Implementation Of Full-Fledged Work With The Products, Correct Operation, Current Explanation Of The Functions And Characteristics Of The Software Products. 8. The System Should Be Adapted To Work With The Euro. The Requirements For Implementation Are Described In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1. *** Implementation Deadlines: The Deadline For Providing The Service Is From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026. In The Event That A Contract Is Concluded On A Later Date Than 01.01.2026, The Implementation Of The Service Will Be Realized In The Period From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract To 31.12.2026.
