1) Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Fup And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Investor - Ordering Party, All Types Of Decisions, Including Replacement Decisions, Permits, Consents And Arrangements For The Entire Investment Required By Law, Including The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), Necessary To Perform This Contract 2) Execution Of Construction Works Together With Services And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Fup And In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect, Including The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended). 3) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Devices In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Fup And In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. 4) Development Of Complete As-Built Documentation In Accordance With The Scope And Guidelines Indicated In The Fup And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5) Preparation Of Operating Instructions For Devices, Installations And Networks And Training Of End Users In The Scope Of Ongoing Operation. 2.
