The Subject Of The Order Are Works Including: Insulation / Insulation Of Underground Parts Of External Partitions - Foundation Walls; Insulation Of The Above-Ground Parts Of External Partitions - External Walls; Building Complex Of The General Educational Ballet School. Ludomir Różycki In Bytom – Segments: B, C And D.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Guarantee And Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Evaluation Criteria.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Construction Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, For The Performance Of Which No Qualifications Are Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, Collaborators Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Security System, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Mutatis Mutandis To Subcontractors. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform A Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Contract Is Uniform, And Dividing It Into Parts Would Involve The Necessity Of Separating A Technologically Coherent Whole, A Threat To Obtaining The Final Effect Of The Required Quality And The Division Of Liability For Guarantees And Warranties Among Different Contractors.
