The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transportation And Return Of Dependent And Disabled Persons (Including Those In Wheelchairs - A Maximum Of 2 People) Residing In The City Of Będzin (Maximum 40 People), Along With The Provision Of Care For Those Transported During The Journey, To Two Day Care Homes To Which They Were Directed (Day Social Care Home At Ul. Rotmistrza Witolda Pilecki 7, Hereinafter Referred To As Ddps And Day Care Home Assistance At The Senior Services Center At Ul. 1 Maja 2, Hereinafter Referred To As Ddp In Cus). The Subject Of The Order Includes Systematic Transport Of Dependent And Disabled Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Route Home - Center - Home, In Accordance With The Organization Of The Day In A Given Facility. The Service Will Be Provided On All Business Days In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026 (Maximum 253 Days Depending On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract) Using An Appropriately Adapted Means Of Transport.
